I serve the best interests of my clients at all times to provide the highest quality of service possible. All communication with my clients is clear, honest, professional and confidential. Please follow the general rules of common courtesy.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy:
Please provide notice at least 24 hours prior to the appointed time if you need to cancel or change your appointment. The full price of the scheduled treatment will be charged to the client or gift certificates will be redeemed if proper notification is not provided.

Punctuality:
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment. If it is your first visit, you will be asked to fill out a brief client information form. This time will enable you to shift gears before the session begins. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive extensions of time and will be charged the full treatment scheduled.

Returns:
All Gift Certificates sales are non-refundable. Any refunds are treated as credit only.

Insurance:
Receipts for Health Savings Accounts or Flex Accounts are available upon request. Generally, I do not bill to insurance companies, however, Worker’s Compensation Claims and Car Insurance Claims may be covered, and are reviewed on an individual basis.

Note: Sessions are strictly non-sexual. Lewd or sexual behavior will result in the immediate termination of the massage session.
